During my recent travel through Bakewell, I had the opportunity to stay at Lathkill Barn Villa. The proximity to the nearest airport, which was only 42km away, made it an ideal choice for a quick transit stay. the holiday home was conveniently located just 51km from the accommodation, providing easy access to all necessary amenities.
One minor inconvenience during my stay was the size of the fridge. Although it was sufficient for my two-night stay, I can see how it might pose a challenge for guests planning a longer visit.

My recent stay at Lathkill Barn was enjoyable. The barn conversion was well-equipped and the shared garden was a lovely bonus, especially during the hot weather. I even had fun playing table tennis in the games room. The views from the barn were stunning and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, including Bakewell and Chatsworth. I had a great time and would recommend this place to others.

Working farm location with cows. Road-only walking, not dog-friendly, but several options by car. Communal garden with roaming dogs. Basic barn conversion, clean with tired shower cubicle. Enough room for 2 adults and a small dog. Perfect for exploring Bakewell and Chatsworth.

Had a romantic escape here and loved it! The barn conversion was spot on with everything we needed. Shared garden was a bonus, perfect for enjoying the heatwave. loved playing table tennis in the games room. Stunning views and great location for exploring nearby attractions like Chatsworth.
A few minor hiccups but nothing major. The fridge was a bit tiny, could be a challenge for longer stays.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the stunning views and the convenient location for exploring Bakewell, Chatsworth, and the surrounding areas. The barn conversion was well-equipped and the shared garden was a pleasant bonus. We also enjoyed making use of the table tennis table in the games room.
We felt well taken care of during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.
